Om Sewa, LLC is a New Hampshire human services provider supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Acquired Brain Disorders (ABD).
We recognize that every individual has unique strengths, experiences, preferences, relationships, cultures, and goals. Our approach begins by listening and understanding what matters most to each individual, then providing thoughtful, individualized support that promotes independence, well-being, personal growth, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
We do not define what a meaningful life should look like for someone else. Our role is to provide support, encouragement, and opportunities that help each individual pursue the life that is meaningful to them.

Meaningful support begins with understanding the whole individual. We consider strengths, choices, communication, culture, relationships, health and safety needs, personal goals, and the supports already present in each individual's life.
We work collaboratively with individuals, families, guardians, service coordinators, providers, and other members of the support team to promote consistency, communication, trust, and positive outcomes.
As needs, circumstances, and goals change, support should evolve with them. Our approach remains responsive and focused on helping each individual build confidence, strengthen independence, and participate meaningfully in the life and community they choose.
